Responsibilities:- Work with staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery and data management are efficient and effective
- Perform detailed data analysis of center operations
- Act as a liaison between the program and EDSI Administrative Staff on issues concerning billing and performance numbers
- Evaluate and standard office procedures and effective troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues relating to billing and performance tracking
- Based on analysis, determine where improvements can be made to center operations
- Provide research and support for critical team decisions
