Job Description:


Scope of Position: Support leadership and provide direction to staff. Assist Adult and Dislocated Worker Program Manager with attaining contract goals.

Essential Functions

  • Answer questions about program requirements
  • Conduct quarterly reviews for staff and submit them to management
  • Oversee participants’ case management files and ensure contract regulations are being adhered to on a daily basis
  • Correctly and accurately enter participant data as needed
  • Address participants’ comments, questions, and concerns
  • Handle day-to-day management of office operations
  • Run reports and analyze performance to develop improvement plans when necessary
  • Submit required reports
  • Ensure that staff meets performance goals as outlined in the contract
  • Assist in case note audits
  • Compile and submit reports requested by contractor and EDSI management
  • Conduct program training as needed for staff
  • Train new staff
  • Work with Business Services Representatives on placement activities and reports
  • Prepare for file audits
  • Train staff is the use of required data base and report documentation
  • Communicate updates and information regarding participant performance to contractor staff
  • Attend meetings with contracting agencies
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:


Education and Experience Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • Previous leadership experience, with oversight of direct reports required
  • Sales and/or customer service experience an asset
  • Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual or in a hybrid environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle are required
