QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree from NASP accredited university.
Active state-level licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain.
Experience working in schools or with children is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnosing and treating students with mental health issues.
Usually, work individually or in small groups.
Communicate with teachers or parents to help determine how to help a student succeed, whether
that means ongoing counseling or an individualized education program (IEP).
Work with administrators to assess how well mental health interventions work with the student body.
Performs other related tasks as required.
