EducationDynamics is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our partners. This person will be joining a small, high-performing team focused on supporting partner academic programs - from inquiry generation to graduation. The person who will succeed in this role will enjoy bringing new ideas, working toward shared business goals, and executing high quality campaigns in a dynamic environment. Experience with paid search and paid social campaigns is a must as is the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Develop, execute and manage digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on websites and landing pages
Set quarterly marketing budgets and goals in collaboration with the senior marketing strategist
Optimize digital marketing performance to meet business goals and drive enrollments in partner degree programs through a mix of paid search, paid social and display marketing
Recommend and implement marketing initiatives to reach and exceed marketing and enrollment goals with input from the senior marketing strategist
Collaborate with internal project stakeholders, including client services, enrollment services, marketing automation, graphic design, etc.
Share results and updates on marketing initiatives with client contacts
Identify opportunities for A/B tests in ads, landing pages and on microsites
Create and edit landing pages in Unbounce
Collaborate with internal awareness media teams to manage awareness campaigns
Set up conversion tracking and simple integrations
Troubleshoot lead record data issues
Work with data coordinator to ensure accurate reports each month
Make simple website updates using Wordpress
