JOB DESCRIPTION
Please join us for a maintenance career fair on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 4pm-7pm at Avana Collins Creek located at : 1157 Bell Rd, Antioch, TN 37013
Positions Hiring for include
Maintenance Supervisor : At least 2 years' experience required in an apartment maintenance / service role or similar field of maintenance.
HVAC and EPA certification required.
Maintenance Technician : At least 1 year experience required in apartment maintenance / service role or similar field of maintenance.
HVAC and EPA certifications strongly preferred.
Groundskeeper / Make Ready Specialists : Previous property upkeep experience in a groundkeeper, porter, apartment turn, or related role preferred.
Strong customer service skills required.
Pay is based on experience and specific position, but good faith estimated ranges are :
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and / or quarterly bonus based on budget.
