What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Local Coordinator for International Exchange Students position at Education, Travel, & Culture?
I am looking for some amazing people who are in need of a side job. I work for a non-profit that places exchange students, and we need to expand our team. I need a self-motivated, organized person, has excellent people skills, and is great with kids and deadlines.
Job Description: You would use all forms or social media, in person contact or any novel ideas you have to recruit host families. This is key because it's how we are able to get exchange students here. After finding a family you would help match them with one of the kids in our online system. You would assist the family through the application process and then oversee the student once they are here. You would form a relationship with each student you oversee. Visit with them each month and check in with the host family as well.
This job isn't going to make you rich but it will offer you flexible work schedule, the opportunity to make a meaningful change and the travel incentives are great as well. This job is a contract job and does not have a regular salary or hourly pay. Pay is basically based on placement and oversight of each student.
If this sounds like it would be a great fit for you, don't let this opportunity pass you by and please reach out to me.
