Copper Ridge Health and Rehab is looking for a committed and patient-focused full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. The SLP will effectively screen/evaluate/rehabilitate patients with communication, cognition or swallowing disorders and develop an appropriate plan of care. Located in Beautiful Butte, MT nestled between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks, and near ski resorts, lakes, hiking, and outdoor activities galore.
The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Operating Company Eduro HealthCare's values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Minimum one (1) year experience working with adults in a health care setting preferred
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform required duties.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Bi-lingual skills welcome
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must hold current and active license or registration in state employed
Completion of orientation required by company policy.
Health screening and TB tes within two weeks of employment.
Mandatory drug test upon hire.
Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
Physical Demands

Must be able to rapidly assist in the evacuation of all residents from the building in case of emergency.
