What You'LL DO
- As a Senior Android Developer on the Digital Client Experience product team, you'll collaborate with our team to deliver an innovative and unique client experience across iOS, Android, and traditional desktop platforms.
- We are seeking a talented Android developer to help design, develop, and support the Edward Jones Online Access mobile applications.
- You will work with our Client Experience Leads to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how our client application looks and how it works.
What You'll Need to have
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing and delivering mobile applications.
- Senior-level experience with a minimum of 5 years in software development.
- Detailed understanding of system development methodologies and processes within Information Systems. Knowledge and Experience with Agile Methodologies preferred.
- Proven working experience developing within the Android ecosystem, with a focus on Kotlin, Java, GitHub, test automation, and build automation.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON data structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
