Team Overview:
We are looking for a driven servant-leader with experience in both Agile practices and traditional project management along with a passion for associate development. The Delivery Services leadership team facilitates and assists with removing barriers and escalating cross-project and cross-team roadblocks impacting the project leaders, scrum masters, and release train engineers.
What you'll do... Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Product Management and lean Agile framework to recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
Ability to provide clear direction and support to Project Leaders, Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers leading efforts across Technology (Business Solutions Development & Shared Technology Services
Be accountable to help associates effectively deploy Product & Agile methodologies toward meeting commitments.
Coach and mentor project management and Agile principles.
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across countries (US and Canada), departments, business areas, and vendors.
Align team activities and responsibilities with department, division and firm’s strategic direction.
Develop and execute on-going improvements to all processes related to the Digital Portfolio as well as divisional opportunities.
Ensure prudent use of the firm’s financial resources.
Provide leadership, development, and mentoring through examples and timely feedback.
Provide leadership and guidance for associate’s professional development.
Lead performance development and provide trimester and annual assessments for associate team members
Ability to lead and implement improved project management tools & processes.
Strong project management skills including the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Work with areas across Digital Portfolio to enact policies and process for the area.

Qualifications
What Experience You'll Need…Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related discipline preferred
Minimum of 6 years of experience directly related to Information Systems technology
A proven track record of successfully implementing software projects using Agile & Waterfall methodologies including 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of Agile, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration.
Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using agile tools:
Balanced business/technical background
Proven interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
Proven analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Proven knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and technology individuals at all levels, including the executive level
What Could Set You Apart…3 years of people and/or project leadership (or equivalent) responsibilities.
Project Management or Agile Certification.
