At Edward Jones, Technology Enterprise Services team is responsible for providing current, efficient and stable tools to Service and Operation associates. Our key systems include Salesforce Service Cloud (chatbot, live chat, communities), ServiceNow, Pendo, Clarabridge, multiple web-based applications and batch programs. We are responsible for supporting and enhancing existing systems and developing technology solutions that support and enhance service and operation divisions in alignment with firm's vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information systems is preferred.
- Experience with at Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities, Chatbot, Live Chat and Knowledge
- Experience with AI, REST API, SOA, Content Management, Microservices – added plus
- Experience with Security automation and provisioning tools - added plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Understanding of Product Teams and Agile methodology and practices
- Strong Analytical and technical skills are required
- Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.
