Job Overview
Position Schedule : Full-Time
At Edward Jones, we help clients achieve their serious, long-term financial goals by understanding their needs and implementing tailored solutions.
To ensure a personal client experience, we have located our 15,000 branch offices where our more than 7 million clients live and work.
This position is responsible for leading a team of Learning Experience Specialist who provide the necessary training and coaching to increase the depth and breadth of knowledge of associates in the Service Division.
The Learning Experience Delivery Team Leader assists in the execution of department goals and objectives, is responsible for process improvement and managing multiple learning programs, and mitigates risk within their area of responsibility.
1. Ensure successful performance of an individual team.
- Associate and team performance
- Scheduling and allocating resources
- Providing timely performance feedback to associate and team
- Responsible for team and individual associate development
- Interviewing and hiring
- Administering associate quality reviews
- Statistical measurement and analysis with proposed solutions
- Adheres to human resource guidelines, policies, and compensation practices
2. Assists in the execution of department objectives and process improvement and automation projects.
3. Responsible for providing training / coaching support to multiple business areas in the Service Division.
4. Enhances expertise by staying current on industry trends and innovations applicable to the department(s) functions.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate :
Hiring Minimum : $70659
Hiring Maximum : $116516
Skills / Requirements
- Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work within the office three days per week, with the preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.*
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a service related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
