Team Overview:
The Team Leader will manage one of our teams of User Experience Research professionals. These team members serve on delivery teams in one of the firm’s many portfolios of digital products. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of extraordinary experiences to the firm’s clients, branch teams, and associates.
What You'll Do:
• Coordinate with peer User Experience leaders. Align team activities, strategies, responsibilities and goals with the needs of the digital portfolio.
• Initiate and direct the implementation of improvements for research processes
• Provide ongoing education and personal development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure team members follow User Experience best practices. Effectively communicate, collaborate and drive for the right results within their delivery teams.
• Manage and develop self while internalizing leadership feedback.
• Build solid relationships across the User Experience organization, the Technology division, and with the extended product leadership team.
