Team Overview:
The Wealth Management Advise and Solutions department is responsible for leading the firm in ensuring our clients are on track to meet their financial goals. As part of the client team, the Client Consultation Group provides tailored financial strategies to high-net-worth clients by partnering with our branch teams to review and analyze complex client needs and goals.
Wealth Strategist leverages the extensive resources of our home office to support our financial advisors in serving their high-net-worth clients with complex needs. This position plays a critical role in serving as the primary point of contact between the two groups. You will be called upon as a financial planning subject matter expert, with tax expertise, on the firm's full suite of financial planning tools and how they're leveraged to help clients define their financial goals and identify solutions to keep them on-track. Additionally, you will apply knowledge of financial planning disciplines to unique client circumstances and work directly with branch teams and their clients.

- Develop solutions-based strategies to high-net worth clients with complex needs using a team approach.
- Contribute to departmental objectives, projects and initiatives in order to better serve branch teams and high-net worth clients.
- Provide branches with solution-based support coaching to support the integration of Human Centered Complete Wealth Management into their practice.
- Answer goals-based questions or direct those questions to other members of the team for more complex consultation.
- Assist Branch Teams by simplifying complex concepts and strategies and answering general wealth planning questions.
- Use planning tools to assist advisors in seeing opportunities they might have otherwise missed, to help their clients achieve their goals.
- Complete Requests-for-Proposals in coordination with branch teams to build deeper relationships within the community.
What Experience You Need:
What Could Set You Apart:
- 5 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Series 7 and 66 required within 6 months of hire
- Insurance license required within 6 months of hire
- CFP designation (or equivalent) process began within 6 months of hire
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Law required
- Ability to travel 1-3 times per year to the St. Louis or Tempe Home Offices
