Our Store Managers are the heartbeat of our operation and truly make a difference in people’s lives. Store Managers are responsible for day to day operation of our retail locations. Store managers should want to treat our guests and co-workers like family and want to build long lasting relationships. Store managers should understand store systems and should want to dig into the day to day issues of their retail location. Store Managers lead store sales and profitability through product knowledge and execution of the companies’ promotion strategy. Store managers train and mentor others into more productive, future leaders. Store Managers are effective communicators who can communicate to teammates both at their location and in other locations. Store Managers are detail oriented with inventory control, expense control and employee hiring. Store Managers want to meet or exceed company standards when promoting sales strategies, loyalty programs and merchandising standards. Store Managers must be highly ethical and insure their stores are in compliance with State, Federal and Local law.
