EF Go Ahead Tours is looking for an experienced mid-level Designer to join our talented brand team—together we aim to be the storytellers that bring travel experience to life, the creators that deliver that experience to any device, and the dreamers that push creative beyond what’s imagined.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand development through design and story, with a portfolio of work that evokes an emotional response and drives actions.
In this role you will design marketing assets for a wide variety of channels across a broad range of media, including email, web, video, social, and display campaigns—producing impactful, business critical work in partnership with our marketing teams.
You will:
Design for every aspect of the customer journey—from top-funnel marketing campaigns, to lead-nurturing initiatives, and brand story content
Develop visually engaging emails that reflect the brand's design and messaging objectives
Create visually compelling content for organic social and paid media
Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign goals and integrate design elements effectively
Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to ensure a cohesive brand message
Stay informed about design trends, competitors, and industry best practices to continuously improve the brand's visual presence
You have:
5 years of professional design experience at an agency, design firm or in-house creative team
Spent most of your career in digital, ideally with a focus on e-commerce and digital advertising/marketing and have a portfolio showcasing this experience
A passion for design and an understanding of its critical core concepts
An ability to align design decisions with overall brand strategy and business goals
Strong verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas to stakeholders
Solid experience and skill working with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with After Effects and/or Premier is helpful but not necessary)
Positive and pro-active problem solving skills
A preference for working in teams versus being the solo creative
A keen eye for detail to ensure consistency in brand visuals and thoroughness in reviewing and refining designs
Why you’ll love working here:
Work in our North American headquarters where you’ll enjoy comprehensive professional development, frequent social programming and employee-run DEIB Resource Groups, and clubs. You can expect:
