For the past 50 years, EF Education First has been the world’s leader in international education. We offer students from Europe and Asia (aged 13-17) the opportunity to spend two to four weeks in the United States to improve their language skills, live with a local host family or in a residence, and learn about American culture through fun and immersive English classes and activities.

What will you be doing?
Working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. You would have responsibility for the activity program of the student experience in one of our schools and be integral in shaping the customer experience. Support a team of international and local leaders to plan and deliver the activities offered. You will help in planning & delivering safe and fun activities that will give the students a sense of the local culture while having fun with their new international friends. Every day is different, you may go from working on the activity plan and administration to running epic themed Murder Mysteries while dressed as your favorite film character! What will you take away?
After a summer of working as an Activity Manager, you will leave having created truly amazing memories for your students and managed a team of international staff. You will expand your creative skills by enhancing activities, utilizing resources provided by EF, and by working with staff from around the world. Your communication skills will be maximized to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Tasked with being the main responsible for your activities staff; you will grow your leadership skills by assisting them guide their groups from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.
What is required?
To be successful in this role you must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail. You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality. We need you to be legally able to work in the United States or have a work permit.
