This is a unique role targeted at large client opportunities selling fleet management, financing, and services solutions. You will work diligently to cultivate relationships with Fortune 500 C-suite executives that result in solving their fleet management challenges and adding value to their bottom line. Are you: A true sales hunter with proven WINS selling enterprise solutions into global strategic Fortune 500 accounts? Passionate about solution selling through a consultative model that enables strong revenue performance? As a Sales Director with Element, you impact the financial success of the business through the ability to secure new business. You will generate revenue opportunities in excess of $1.5M and set the course for growth by managing an assigned set of enterprise clients and prospects, additionally ensuring that all future customers are strategically developed. Our sales approach is consultative; you must have tenacity to sell an industry-leading service portfolio to solution for future clients wing to wing fleet management challenges. This position could be based anywhere in the United States. A Day in the Life Generate new deal leads and prospects via cold calling Actively manage assigned database ensuring all accounts are properly scoped and classified Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with prospects and customers in the Fortune 500 market Develop and implement sales strategy and tactical plan for maximizing deal flow Partner with cross functional teams in order to facilitate the execution of deals Perform modeling/forecasting, financial statement and cash flow analysis in order to determine deal feasibility and structure Requirements Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred Minimum 7 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services.
