Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting demand planning, and ensuring accurate stock levels to support operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements
- Conduct demand planning to anticipate stock needs
- Manage order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands
- Implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency
- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze inventory data
- Collaborate with the sales team to support product sell-through
- Operate forklift equipment for stock movement when necessary
- Maintain effective supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field
- Familiarity with e-commerce inventory systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of demand planning principles
- Proficiency in process improvement techniques
- Ability to operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
