Join the EFO Furniture Outlet team and embark in an experience of Collaborating with our Sales team and assisting in Making our Customer's houses into their HOME! EFO is the largest locally owned furniture retailer in NE and Central Pa with 4 store locations and over 35 years of BBB A experience.
Our Customer Assistance team focuses on our customer, while empowering you to learn, grow and develop in our team-oriented retail culture. You'll work in tandem with our other departments to ensure issues are resolved quickly and competently.
In providing first class customer service, primary duties consist of , but are not limited to:
- Communicating with customers via phone, emails and face to face.
- Thoroughly documenting and reviewing customer inquiries.
- Fundamental computer entry, usage and credit card/finance processing
- Computer updating and other administrative tasks.
- Greet customers and assist them with any questions or concerns.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate to a manager as needed.
- Assisting customers with product, orders, navigating web site and other inquiries.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Scheduling deliveries
- Showroom display cleaning and tagging
Qualifications:
Familiarity with computer use, telephones, calculator and other office equipment.
Excellent listening and oral skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, vendors and co-workers.
Friendly and enthusiastic.
Organized and able to multi task while maintaining attention to detail.
Resourceful and motivated to learn.
Takes pride in being punctual, reliable and dependable.
Team player in the effort of completing customer satisfying experiences.
