What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adminisrative Assistant position at Egan Built Inc?
We are a busy construction company, looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to help with the running of the day to day management of the company. The candidate must have a working knowledge of Online Quickbooks. Any experience with construction management software, and an understanding of the construction business would be preferable (willing to teach the right candidate). Other tasks include; responding to and staying on top of emails, filing, invoicing, help with preparing payroll, and liaising with clients.
Education & Other Experience requirements;
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two to three years experience in an office setting
- Specific industry experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
