Egan At Home is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. This Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) position earns $10.50hr. We also offer, mileage reimbursement, direct pay every other Friday, 1.5X pay for holidays and overtime, Medical and opportunities for career development. As a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Home Health Aide (HHA), you get to help seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities stay in their own homes and live with independence and dignity. You do more than just assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and appointments. While those tasks are important, you also provide companionship and socialization, as you support them in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies. You make sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging independence as much as possible.

You also make sure that their homes are safe environments, reducing the likelihood of accidents and promoting a timely response to illness. You are meticulous about reporting any changes or concerns promptly. In this way, you provide real peace-of-mind for them and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CAREGIVER / PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT (PCA) / HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA)

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and valid care insurance
• NO VACCINATION REQUIRED!!

FLEXIBLE FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULE

We have various full-time and part-time schedules available according to the needs of each individual client.
