Job Posting for Thermoforming Machine Operator at EGR Incorporated
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating Thermoforming / Vacuum forming machinery and ensuring its smooth operation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
**Duties:**
- Operate and maintain machinery including Theromoforming machines, lathes, CNC machines, Macc, and other equipment as needed
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Handle materials efficiently and safely throughout the production process
- Follow production schedules and work orders to meet deadlines
- Utilize logic controllers and lean manufacturing principles to optimize machine performance
- Fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Proficiency in operating various machinery such as theromoforming & Vacuum forming machines, etc.
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Ability to use forklifts for material movement is preferred
