The SIOP Analyst will manage and optimize processes around SIOP functions. They will monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and utilize basic and advanced analytical tools to achieve the desired results. They will implement process improvements to provide greater transparency and visibility to Channel performance, ensure demand is accurately translated into supply side information and provide analytical support to monthly SIOP process.
Responsibilities:
Perform business process analysis and own the design and improvement of new and existing tools and processes to support business decisions for the SIOP process .
Manage data integrity, monthly forecast load and implementation for SIOP responsibilities within Oracle.
Constrain demand plan due to all supply constraints and report into SIOP meeting.
Timely update of reports, making recommendations for necessary changes and implement improvements. Automate where possible.
Manage and improve processes to track the value realized or risk mitigated as an output of the SIOP process.
Drive continuous improvement of business SIOP to deliver on-going improvements to maturity and results.
Manage MRP Settings for new items in Oracle and implementation into SIOP process.
Perform Safety Stock analyses to improve service levels.
Effectively resolve roadblocks to collection of complete and accurate data and adoption of tools.
Using data analysis methods, develop recommendations to leadership for improvements in reporting, KPI’s and risk management.
Develop and maintain standards, policies, and procedures surrounding procurement data collection, analysis and reporting.
Provide regular updates to leadership highlighting performance issues and proposing solutions.
Support ad-hoc requests as needed.
Responsible for the preparation of reports for the SIOP Leader and Manager of Op’s review meetings with the leadership team.
Back up SIOP Leader
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, mathematics, business, engineering or finance
Requirements:
PDCA mindset with attention to detail.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of analytical experience performing detailed analyses.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with analytical tools – MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Demonstrated capability to execute through challenges.
Previous experience with ERP´s system, SAP or Oracle preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications
Excellent communications skills – written & verbal
