EHC is currently looking for a Maintenance Reliability Planner for a client located in north east Houston (Crosby area).
JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Reliability Planner will plan, organize, and schedule preventative/corrective maintenance activities of the Maintenance department of the Houston plant. He will be responsible for rotation schedule of all redundant equipment to ensure balanced usage. Drives reliability centered maintenance program. In addition, he acts as project manager for capital projects as assigned by the Plant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and assist in the implementation of a Reliability Centered Maintenance program (RCM).
- Assist in the implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Hippo.
- Provide project management support for capital projects on site.
- Direct and assist in scheduled maintenance activities of plant machinery, mobile equipment, building and electrical and mechanical systems throughout facility
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance program.
- Perform inventory counts of spare parts and consumables.
- Set up systems to help with ordering of parts and consumables (Kanban, etc.)
- Attends and facilitates Daily/Weekly Scheduling Meetings & Maintenance Huddles
- Converts Work Requests to W/O's in the CMMS system as required.
- Assures Work Order code & classification accuracy.
- Maintain W/O backlog status in Hippo, 4-week, 8-week, 12-week schedules
- Evaluate job feedback to improve future work.
- Daily update equipment history files and other appropriate feedback in Hippo.
- Detail the scope to the required level of task detail (using single and multi-task work orders as appropriate) for multi-discipline work scopes.
- Estimate resources including labor, materials, equipment and services.
- Enter craftsmen time into Hippo for all completed Work Orders.
- Request and receive the appropriate level of technical input to fully plan the work.
- Work with Crafts people to develop detailed work instructions as required to support all PMs pertaining to all plant assets.
