What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an innovative Director of Marketing who will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate is a strategic planner and skilled communicator who can deliver impactful brand campaigns. They will manage the day-to-day campaign cross-functional planning to help deliver a thoughtful, coordinated and best-in-class marketing campaigns.
This role will be responsible for growing our core business and support our new products and services through omni-channel approaches. You will work with our Client Success team to build out engaging communication strategies that reach our members and drive them to participate in EHE programs.
In this role, you will:
- Develop comprehensive brand campaign timelines and milestones to align with EHE’s marketing objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign goals, target audiences, messages and KPIs can be achieved in a successful launch
- Coordinate efforts across various departments, including Client Success, to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns
- Oversee end-to-end execution of campaign, ensuring delivery is on-time and within budget
- Monitor progress, manage timelines and troubleshoot any roadblocks that may arise during the campaign lifecycle
- Regularly communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to key stakeholders
What the role requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in running end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Experience in healthcare heavily preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives
- Proven ability to think outside the box to solve a problem
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 and is determined by a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
