What we’re looking for:
EHE is seeking a Network Success Manager to be part of a performance-driven, fast-paced organization that is serving multiple markets. This role will have frequent interactions with senior management and healthcare providers as the individual communicates about ways to evolve ongoing processes and programs. The Network Success Manager will be responsible for assisting in the full range of provider relations and education interactions with providers in EHE’s National Preventative Medicine network.
This person will be responsible for building relationships with network providers and office staff and supporting the integrated delivery systems and physician practices with ongoing education and training on guidelines for EHE programs.
In this role, you will:
- Receive the necessary training on EHE Health’s proprietary system – EPMS, and have the ability to train Network Partners virtually and/or onsite on such systems
- Contribute to design and implementation of programs that build/nurture positive relationships between EHE, providers and practice managers
- Support development and management of provider networks
- Identify gaps in network composition and services to assist network development teams
- Work together with providers and office staff to ensure compliance with EHE's requirements and expectations
- Meet with health system/practice representatives on a quarterly basis to develop and reinforce effective process flows and efficient outcomes
- Produce and distribute newsletters and other pertinent practice communications
- Perform site visits to conduct outreach, education, training and orientation sessions for providers and key administrative staff
- Monitor practice performance to ensure compliance with all contractual agreements, identify any barriers and make recommendations for corrective action plans and other interventions as required
- Complete deliverables in a timely fashion
- Generate call and visit reports daily and document all practice encounters
What the role requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
- 5 years of health care/managed care/provider relation/customer service experience
- Knowledge of the healthcare system
- Proficiency in issue resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to analyze, understand and present data
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues effectively and simultaneously
- Must be able to travel to EHE network locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, research and follow up skills
- Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills

The salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills
