IT Operations Engineer II
6-month contract to perm role with five days a week onsite in the Greeley, CO office.
Our client is an industry leader in the successful delivery of projects for both the public and private sectors providing real estate development, construction and facilities management services to support their client’s needs.
The IT Operations Engineer II will also diagnose, resolve, and document all hardware, software, and network issues. Resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner, provide end user training and support where required.
Audio / Visual experience, conference room setups and support, network troubleshooting experience, no network configurational needs.
Desk to desk end user support. Not just be behind a computer screen with remote support tickets.
Organizational skills are a high priority.
Comfortable in high pressured environments.
Will provide support to all executives and department heads for the company.
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365 a plus.
Knowledge of a variety of internet browsers a plus.
Some technical knowledge of hardware, including laptops and smart phones.
Some technical knowledge of Cisco security, network systems a plus.
Some technical knowledge of PC internal components, including memory and
hard drives.
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience a plus.
Some technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and
standards a plus.
Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and
original manufacturer guides.
