EHM Senior Solutions is eager to partner with a new Leasing Specialist to promote and market the Brecon Village Senior Living Campus located in Saline to potential residents and community referral sources. Directly responsible for presenting and selling Independent, Assisted and Memory Care apartments on our beautiful campus.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the full sales cycle, including tours and follow up with prospective Brecon Village residents and their families.
- Advance the sales process to a successful conclusion, meeting and exceeding census goals as established by management.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm and the ability to perform a caring and consultative method of selling.
- Develop and nurture relationships with referring agencies and other community organizations to promote referrals to Brecon Village.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to execute the marketing plan.
- Lead the planning and implementation of special events on campus and in the greater community to advance referral development.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ direct to consumer sales experience, preferably in a senior living or healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or any combination of education and relevant experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance and possess a vehicle for private business use.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the principles of effective communication and sales techniques, business development strategy, community relations, etc.
- Must possess the ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideals and concepts to consumers, community groups and agencies.
