Culinary skillsets that you are looking for: Big Box banquet/ high volume banquet experience of $10-$20 Million in annual sales; menu development, computer literate, proven ability to successfully lead a Culinary team
Will focus on candidates with Big Box (convention, S&E arenas) and high- volume Hotel properties
