Job Overview
EHTC takes pride in pursuing a “Best in Class Technology” posture and as an IT Analyst you will be supported with modern tools and the ability to impact IT operations up to your ability. You would become a member of the Support Services team that facilitates firm operations and administration. This is a salaried full time position that will primarily be responsible for desktop and application support onsite at our Grand Rapids office location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide End User Technical Support for Firm employees
• Application Maintenance: Updates, documentation, configuration, health monitoring, and functionality request fulfillment
• Perform and maintain physical hardware inventory
• Support hardware and application access control in support of employee provisioning
• Assist with other technology related projects in coordination with our managed service providers
• Distribute service tickets based on priority across departments
• Record and maintain clear record of work in group based ticketing system
• Create basic technical knowledge base documentation
• Interact effectively with users across the organization to provide a consistent level of service
• Communicate and enforce IT Security best practices across the organization
• Other duties as required
Qualifications
Education/Licensing
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred and/or
• CompTIA A , CompTIA Net , CompTIA Sec , ITIL Foundations v4 preferred
• Experience in Finance, Higher Education, or Government preferred
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Five or more years experience in technology support roles required with advanced general technical ability
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
• Client service mentality
• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
• Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) preferred
• Teamwork oriented with a willingness to grow, a passion for living, and desire to go above and beyond
