Job Title: Tibco Architect

Location: Collierville, TN 38017 (Hybrid 3 Days per week)

Expertise Required :-

Requires deep knowledge in database technologies and middleware, especially Database, JMS tools like TIBCO, with a strong emphasis on modernizing systems for cloud compatibility.

Experience in Kubernetes within Azure and Google Cloud platforms and a track record of successful database migration and middleware optimization projects are essential.

Job Description:-

Database and Middleware Architecture:

Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions for databases and middleware platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and communication.

Evaluate existing database technologies and middleware tools, identify areas for improvement, and propose architectural enhancements.

Cloud Compatibility and Modernization:

Assess legacy database and middleware systems for cloud compatibility and develop migration strategies to modernize them for cloud environments.

Implement best practices and standards for database and middleware modernization, including containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.

Platform Integration and Interoperability:

Facilitate the integration of database and middleware platforms with other enterprise systems, applications, and APIs to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system administrators, and network engineers, to ensure smooth integration workflows.

Performance Optimization and Scalability:

Optimize database and middleware performance through performance tuning, query optimization, and resource utilization management.

Design scalable and resilient integration architectures to accommodate growing data volumes and transactional loads.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

Develop monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect and troubleshoot database and middleware issues, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and performance diagnostics to identify and resolve integration bottlenecks and performance issues.

Additional :--

Experience in database architecture, middleware integration, and cloud computing.

Proficiency in database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and middleware platforms like TIBCO.

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud-native database services and middleware solutions.

Demonstrated expertise in database migration projects and middleware optimization initiatives.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $56.48 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
