What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at EIC Associates?

Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Transcribe information from various sources and input it into computer systems
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for basic accounting tasks

Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Ability to manage calendars and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
