Eide Bailly, LLP is seeking a Healthcare Consulting Manager to work with clients in medical clinics, critical access facilities, and large healthcare systems to provide consulting services. Manages client relationships with integrity by monitoring client needs and building value into professional service. Supervises and trains interns, associates, and senior associates and performs client billing procedures. Supervise preparation of fair market value compensation opinions; preparation and review of individual, partnership, S and C Corporation tax returns; physician buy-ins and buy-out calculations; and physician bonus calculations. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and future cash flows of healthcare providers. Markets services and cross sells services offered by others within the Firm to grow the practice. Provides onsite and offsite consulting services related to healthcare financial, operational and industry issues. Researches new and existing healthcare regulations and laws. Develops new product offerings based on client needs. Attends healthcare association meetings and conferences as a presenter and marketer. Writes articles relating to healthcare issues impacting providers. Provides internal education to staff to increase awareness of healthcare issues and service offerings. Evaluates the costs, benefits, and risks of alternative solutions to client issues. Provides feedback to develop the Health Care Consulting practice. Capitalizes on personal and professional experiences to develop business and practice lines. Participate in community organizations and industry functions. Ensure timely and accurate performance on projects. Maintain compliance with project budgets and timelines. Primarily work from Omaha, NE office with hybrid work from home allowed less than 50% of time.
Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, Health Care Administration or closely related field. Active Certified Public Accountant license in good standing. 5 years of related experience.
