Typical Day in the Life
This is a newly created position under Eide Bailly’s fast-growing Technology Consulting division. A typical day as a Sales Enablement Specialist might include:
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with company objectives and target audience profiles.
- Analyze the lead funnel to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize the flow of leads through each stage.
- Create and maintain lead qualification criteria to ensure that marketing-generated leads are appropriately qualified before passing to the sales team.
- Implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert, ensuring that sales efforts are focused on high-potential prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing to create content assets tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey, facilitating smooth lead progression and engagement.
- Provide training and resources to sales teams on lead handling best practices, objection handling, and effective communication strategies for different lead segments.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation and funnel progression, providing insights to guide continuous improvement efforts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and alignment of lead management processes with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and technology enhancements to streamline lead funnel management.
- Collaborate with sales to maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and customer data, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the funnel.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to provide insights into lead performance, challenges, and potential opportunities for enhancement.
- Act as a bridge between sales and marketing teams, gathering feedback from sales teams and conveying insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in sales enablement, demand generation, or a similar role within a B2B technology environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand generation strategies, lead qualification, and the sales cycle.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content for various stages of the sales funnel.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training content, presentations, and workshops.
- Expertise with demand generation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborative team-player with the capacity to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across departments.
- Proactive problem solver with a results-oriented attitude and a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
