What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Director position at Eight Iron Buildings, Inc.?
What We Are Looking For:
A motivated individual to take care of the building. The building is in great condition and your responsibility would be to continue that. Ideal candidates are to work in an office setting performing managerial and some maintenance responsibilities which includes responding to email, general supervision, tenant requests, scheduling vendors, ordering supplies, and more. You will work under the direction of the Operations Director and have a set of responsibilities, but are highly encouraged to take initiative and work independently.

Hudson, NY (Office)
Must be Available:
Monday-Friday (8:00pm-4:00pm)
Preference is for someone who is available to work every day, but part-time candidates are still encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Prospects are responsible for all, but not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining a safe and class A professional building
- Maintaining Clean Spaces by supervising the cleaning staff
- Managing the upkeep of Restrooms and common spaces
- Creating key fobs for new tenants on a computer system
- Daily email and telephone correspondence
- Manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Knowledge of building systems
- Manage a small team of staff
- Be well organized and thoughtful
- Ability to take on more than what is asked
Requirements
- Knowledge of building maintenance preferred, experience a plus.
Essential Job Functions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. often and up to 50 lbs. occasionally;
- Ability to periodically bend, squat or kneel to perform assigned tasks; physically handle machine buffer, mops, buckets and brooms
