As an Accounts Receivable Manager at Horizon, you will…

• Supervise our team of AR Specialists, including training and process implementation.
• Work with Payer Representatives to resolve payer issues.
• Oversee monthly close cycle and payment reconciliation. 
• Improve efficiencies within the department.
• Resolve outstanding receivables.

What makes you a great candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health related field required. Masters preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a medical setting & prior medical billing experience required
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location:

This position is a hybrid position between our administrative office at 55 Dodge Road in Getzville, NY and remote. 

Hours:

This is a full-time, Monday – Friday position from 8:30am – 5:00pm.
