Currently, we are seeking a Compliance Project Manager who will be responsible for project management of key areas of the Eightfold AI compliance program. Through close cross-departmental collaboration this individual will help us develop, implement, and provide day to day project management of the compliance program to support a broadening security and data protection compliance framework.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the vendor security risk management function and assessment of current and potential vendors for security risks
• Assist with audits, audit management, and contribute to enhancement of the audit program and processes
• Develop, document, and implement compliance calendar/project plan to manage overall compliance deliverables and audits
• Develop and implement team-wide reporting to increase visibility and transparency re team deliverables and status
• Ensure vendor contracts to support compliance activities are in place and renewed as needed
• Other responsibilities as identified and assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of audit program management experience supporting a cloud-based SaaS service
- 2 years’ experience in vendor risk management
- Strong relationship building, communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
- Process and detail oriented, yet comfortable with ambiguity
- Knowledge of standard project management concepts and practices
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Confluence
- Preferred compliance and audit preparation experience with information security standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in Program or Project Management in software development industry
- 2 years of compliance program/project experience
- ·Strong customer and product focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships

- Ability to execute audit strategy and manage project deliverables in coordination with other teams
- Self-sufficient and able to deliver with little direct supervision.
- Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between compliance and all departments within the company.
Compliance Responsibilities:
Security, data protection and compliance are paramount to the success of our customers and partners. All roles at Eightfold AI require compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and acceptance and adherence to all policies and standards within Eightfold AI. Personnel acknowledge they are personally responsible for reporting any suspected violations or abuse. Personnel are required to complete security and compliance training and fulfill role specific security, data protection and compliance responsibilities.
