PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Located in Middletown, NY
The Program Director is responsible for all administrative and clinical oversight, as well as the overall management of the clinic operations. This position will serve as liaison with the community providers, referral sources, Department of Social Services, and all legal entities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year PLUS FULL BENEFITS!
MUST HAVES
Education>
· Master's degree
Experience>
· 2 years supervisory
· 5 years addiction/mental health
License/Certification>
· CASAC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW or other qualifying QHP status

SOME of the Essential Duties:
1. Supervision of clinical, intern and administrative staff.
2. Ensure implementation and oversight of quality improvement activities including:
· quality assurance,
· incident reporting, performance improvement,
· Client Satisfaction Surveys, Fire/Safety Reviews, OASAS Facility and Recertification Inspections, and outcome measurements as required.
3. Ensure completion of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
4. Oversight of assignment and collection of all fees including third party, self-pay and Medicaid.
5. Lead daily team meetings.
6. Ensure seamless integration of Clinical and Administrative staff and any related issues.
7. Provide direct-care services as needed.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of in-service training projects.
9. Participate in external meetings representing the agency as assigned by the Associate Director of Behavioral Health.
