Energy Solutions Business Development and Project Manager

Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.

• Identify business development opportunities for battery energy storage systems at charging sites
• Lead the procurement process for battery storage systems, including vendor selection and contracting
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for storage implementation projects
• Coordinate with the charging team to ensure project feasibility and alignment with business objectives
• Manage project execution, including site preparation, equipment installation, and commissioning
• Track project performance, including financial metrics, milestones, and deliverables, and report progress to senior management
• Responsible for operation of Energy solutions, mainly BESS, together with the charging team

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related fields
• 3 years of relevant experience, including working with project delivery and/or implementation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose solutions
• Experience in industry and BESS is favorable
• Fluency in English
