Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer

The Industrialization & Integration team is a cross functional team with a big impact, having the complete vehicle in our scope. As a Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer in this team you will play a vital role in developing our integration processes, initially within hardware but encouraging exploration of software as well. 

We see you as a key role in ensuring the success of our vehicle programs. Making sure the development is progressing according to plan and in line with requirement stakeholders.  You are expected to grow the Integration section into what the company needs to be able to succeed in our industrialization journey.

• Drive the further development of Vehicle Integration Way of Working at Einride 
• Own and facilitate Mechanical Integration meetings 
• Enhance clarity for development through collaboration with Program and System Engineering
• Be the objective counterpart towards the stakeholders within Mechanical Integration, having the company objectives and program as your main target
• Drive improvements by contributing with your experience in setting standards and processes

• Curious and humble with a creative mindset and technical interest
• Eager to develop and explore new ways of working
• Skilled listener and communicator, comfortable with arguing your case 
• Deep understanding of vehicle program phases and vehicle development
• Extensive experience from working within Vehicle Integration
• Experience from 3DExperience or CATIA

• Experience or good understanding of Software way of workings
