Job Summary
Einstein Tutoring LLC is seeking dedicated tutors to join our team. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for educating young students and fostering their development in both academic and personal areas.
Duties
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans across various subjects tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide individualized attention and support to help students reach their learning goals.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Utilize educational resources, including library services and literacy tools, to enhance student learning.
- Integrate physical education activities into tutoring sessions where applicable to promote overall well-being.
- Mentor students, guiding them to reach their full potential both academically and personally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working with elementary school students or in special education.
- Strong understanding of educational practices and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage student behavior effectively and maintain a supportive learning environment.
- Certification in childcare or a related field is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
