What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Broker position at Eiros Group?
Eiros Group is hiring a Support Broker for the Camden County area. We are looking for an organized and self motivated person to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Screening resumes, assisting adults with developmental disabilities who are hiring self-directed employees and helping them through the process of hiring their staff.
- Identifying & pursuing opportunities to link an individual to their community such as volunteer work and jobs.
- Collaborating with individuals and their families to devise a plan of action for their steps moving forward and how we can help.
- Long-term planning such as finding homes and apartments.
Training will be provided.
Flexible schedules.
Employees must be willing to have a background check and drug screen.
