Technical requirements
· -HAS to be proficient in AutoCAD LTE 2D design
· -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
· -Understanding of basic electrical concepts a Plus
· -Solar Knowledge is a plus but will train
· -Preferred structural knowledge
Day to Day
· -Majority of the day will be spent in AutoCAD
· -Gathering information from multiple places and multiple sources to compile drawings.
· -Prepare drawings for different stages of the construction process. Pre engineering site visit, permit, construction, and as-built drawings.
· -Compose three-line diagrams, draft solar module layouts and site conditions, BOM creation, cable and conduit schedules.
· -Work alongside engineering department
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Cloud Based sharing software experience
- Strong organizational skills a Must
- Must be able to multi-task
- Phone/Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Close attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have thick skin as this is a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
