Position Overview:
As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. You will leverage your expertise with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and project management skills to streamline payroll operations, manage payroll-related projects, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our HR and Finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Oversee and manage the payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for all US employees, overseeing Canadian and Mexico payroll processing
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including calculations of wages, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments.
- Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Prepare and file necessary payroll-related reports and tax filings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
System Management:
- Administer and optimize the ADP Workforce Now (WFN) system, including updates, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT and ADP support to address system issues and implement improvements.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage payroll-related projects, such as system upgrades, process improvements, and integration with other HR/Finance systems.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor payroll staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze payroll processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance payroll operations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years specifically using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of leading successful projects related to payroll or HR systems.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and other payroll-related software.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
