EisnerAmper is seeking a Finance Manager to join our corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. This individual will work with executive leadership within the firm and will oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools such as budget vs actual analysis, deep understanding of KPI metrics. Collaborate with the M&A Due Diligence team to review Quality of Earnings reports and to facilitate the roll-forward process. Develop a well-structured, comprehensive budget for the acquired businesses post-merger by working closely with teams of acquired businesses. Partner with deal sponsors and departments across the firm to identify and report on M&A synergies. Coordinate with various teams to provide responses to Term Loan Lenders’ questions and maintain a robust lender Q&A tracker. M&A Performance review, including client expansion analysis, client retention/churn, metrics, KPIs. Assist with quarterly lender reporting and development of lender call scripts. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or related business field. 8 years of experience in financial services, investor relations or investment banking. Preferred candidates also have: Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - accuracy and quality are critical to be successful. Ability to communicate complex results in a clear and succinct way. Highest level of integrity and strong work ethic. Works well under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment and rapidly evolving organization. Advanced Excel user with hands-on experience in building financial models and performing scenario analysis. Problem-solver and strategic thinker. Financial modeling or valuation experience a plus. Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset. Natural curiosity to understand and possesses a desire to continuously improve. Excellent reporting and interpersonal skills. Effective leader, skilled communicator and proven relationship builder, and team player. Preferred Location: Iselin For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 85000 and 150000 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
