The Production manager is responsible for the control and management of the production process, ensuring a productive flow without a hitch. Increase productivity targets reducing scrap rates through continuous improvement actions to ensure the productive flow seamlessly.

Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate production activities themselves.
- Develop jointly with the logistics area production program.
- Control the production material.
- Verify that perform maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Verify that perform productive material traceability.
- Ensure that staff are trained both existing staff and new entrants.
- Ensure that personnel use proper safety equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Verify that line stops, and the causes are recorded.
- Comply with the program delivery of finished product.
- Correct process deviations.
- Verify that the program of housekeeping in the production areas is conducted.
- Verify that perform control records generated in each of the production areas.
- Monitor the consumption of materials and means of production in the area of responsibility, and if necessary propose the replacement of defective media production.
- Monitor compliance with the prevailing quality standards.

Qualifications
Professional: College degree. Operation of computers and office equipment, using formats and updates and ongoing training as well as ISO 14001 and IATF 16949, organizational capacity and management. Min 3 years in similar positions in the automotive industry
