SUMMARY
Supports and assists production by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Meet production deadlines
- Process parts per print
- Multiple machine operation
- Maintain parts supermarket
- 5-S & Housekeeping within the area
- Maintain equipment
- Promotes safety awareness, accident prevention, and employee involvement with regard to a safe work environment. Ensures employees understand the safety expectations of the organization.
- Promotes the company culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two or more years of safety-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Machining background
- Experience with machine setups
- Blueprint reading
- Must be able to read a tape measure & caliper
- Must work well with others
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds repetitively throughout shift
