Memory Care Manager LPN

Eklego is excited to be assisting Senior Living Communities in their search for a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Manager to join a team of nursing professionals working in a direct-hire position in the Dousman, WI area. This position is a Full-Time Day position working Monday-Friday. 8-4:30pm with on call responsibilities.

$5,000 Sign on bonus OR up to $5,000 relocation coverage!

The Memory Care Manager supports our mission and values by planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the administrative and professional functions of our Community Based Residential Facility. The Memory Care Manager will ensure quality care and services are provided for residents.

What will I do in this role?

• Oversee resident care
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal operating regulations
• Develop budget and operate within guidelines
• Supervise staff
• Provide a safe working and living environment following all safety, security, infection control and hazardous materials policies and procedures

What is required in this position?

• Previous Memory Care experience
• CBRF Manager Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• First Aid and fire safety training (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to plan, direct and supervisor daily care of the elderly
• Ability to manage, evaluate and supervise staff
• 3 or more years of work experience in a health care geriatric setting with managerial responsibilities preferred
