What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at EKS Enterprises?
We have an exciting Cleaner Sanitation opportunity working in a fun and supportive work environment! You will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our facility. Working on the 2nd shift, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, surfaces, and production areas are sanitized to meet regulatory and company standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execute sanitation procedures for equipment, production areas, and facilities.
- Disassemble, clean, and sanitize machinery and production lines according to established protocols.
- Use cleaning chemicals and sanitation tools safely and effectively.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs related to sanitation.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Document and record sanitation activities accurately.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sanitation or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work on the 2nd shift.
Working Hours: 2nd Shift:
Pay: $20 - $21 per hour
