Job Posting for Human Resources Generalist at El Dorado Furniture Corporation
Responsibilities:
- Respond to DEO unemployment claims, attend hearings, appeals and file.
- Respond to Verification of Employment in timely manner.
- Annually run MVR’s for the Internal Customers who are authorized to drive for El Dorado. Send the information to the Insurance Administrator.
- Assist in maintain employee files (general, medical, confidential).
- Run the Turnover report and send the report monthly.
- Manage internal customer inquiries and respond to requests timely.
- Provide guidance to internal customers and leaders on performance improvement and development plans.
- Ensuring compliance with Labor Laws and discuss with HR Director.
- Conduct Exit Interviews and develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement such as enhancing our WOW program.
- Assist in mediating and resolving internal customer disputes and concerns, conduct internal investigations as needed.
- Provide support to other HR Team Members as needed.

- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Problem solving skills.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or
- 4 years or more experience in Human Resources as Generalist.
